Returns & Exchanges
Here at Sketchy, we pride ourselves on our quality control. We're super pedantic in wanting everything to be perfect but at the end of the day, we are still human and there is the possibility of mistakes being made. If there are any issues with your board that are deemed a manufacturing fault, we will replace the board free of charge. This is all subject to approval from us, and the best way to get to the bottom of it in any case is to email email@example.com
We're super honest and basically if it's our fault, we'll fix it. We do not cover damages due to impact or you sending it too hard. Although we do encourage you to send it on a fairly regular basis. I'm sure there is a fine line there somewhere. Okay we're rambling... Any issues, email us!
Nobody likes receiving dodgy goods. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in the wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt. Issues like this represent less than 1% of our suppliers orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), but when/if they do arise, we’ll handle it!
Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items
Our supplier will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, Our supplier will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. You don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods, you get to keep it. Yeww free stuffs!
Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of each item we print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to
- Customer prefers another sizing
- Customer ordered the wrong colour or design
